A.To work in Japan

In order for foreigners to work as care workers in Japan, they must pass the Care Skills Assessment Test and the Care Japanese Language Assessment Test based on the Specified Skills System. These tests can be taken at the following four locations.

B. After passing the examination

After passing the examination, a Japanese work visa can be issued if an employment contract is concluded directly with a Japanese care facility. Narita Law Office will conclude the employment relationship with the care facility on behalf of the job applicant. For this purpose, a job-seeking agency contract is concluded between Narita Legal Office and the job-seeker. The employment contract and the test certificate are used to obtain the COE. The candidate can then come to Japan and work in a care home for five years. During those five years, you will also receive support from Narita Legal Office free of charge.

The point: Simple skill labor, wife and child companionship, and permanent residence are now possible under certain restrictions.

Another new point is that direct employment of companies has become possible regardless of nationality.
